SECURITIES DISPUTES
Attorney Grossack is experienced in litigating
matters under both Massachusetts Blue Sky (state)
securities laws and federal securities laws. H e has
sued broker dealers, handled arbitration matters
before the National Association of Securities
Dealings and American Arbitration Association and
has also sued issuers of securities, with successful
results.
Mr. Grossack has represented promoters, a
transfer agent, and securities issuer before the
Securities and Exchange Commission and is familiar
with many aspects of exemptions, reporting,
requirements and the registration process.
He has advised numerous emerging companies on
reverse shell mergers, international private
placements, and Regulation S transactions and has
broad knowledge of the securities industry.
